5ADHD CLEANING HACK'S that work!

5 QUICK ACTIONABLE STEPS TO STAY PRODUCTIVE WHEN CLEANING

Hey there! Let's dive into the basket method together. You might be wondering, why should we use this method? Well, it’s a fantastic way to keep our cleaning organized. You know how it goes—sometimes we start moving items to other rooms and get a bit sidetracked, which leads to leaving the original room in a bit of a mess. But fear not, the basket method is here to save the day!

So, what do we do? We grab a basket (or a bag, a box, or even just make a neat pile) for all those items that don’t belong in the room we’re currently tackling. This little trick is super effective!

By using a basket, you can stay focused on the room you’re cleaning. Once you’re all done, you can simply take the basket to the right room and set it aside until you’re ready to tackle it next. Easy peasy!

Now, let’s talk about another fun strategy I like to call “trash bag therapy.” It’s as simple as it sounds—just focus on collecting trash! Turn it into a game, crank up some music, and start hunting for those old wrappers and papers you don’t need anymore. Toss them out without a second thought, and you’ll be amazed at how much you can clear out!

Don’t forget about keeping a few small boxes handy for donations! If you have items you’re thinking of selling, set them aside in a separate box for platforms like Facebook Marketplace. Just remember, if something doesn’t sell within a week, it’s probably best to donate it. Letting go of things can be tough, especially when we feel like we might use them later, but if you haven’t touched it in a while, it’s okay to let it go!

This approach not only creates more space but also helps reduce clutter. And trust me, listening to some upbeat music while you clean can make all the difference—headphones are your best friend here! It really makes the process a lot more enjoyable.

To avoid burnout while cleaning, remember to work in sections if you need to. When faced with a lot of stuff, take small steps. Pace yourself, and don’t try to do everything at once. It’s all about creating a manageable flow.

I hope this gives you a good idea of my cleaning approach! Maybe you already do something similar, but I find these methods really effective without the hassle of moving from room to room.

Looking forward to chatting with you all next time. Take care and happy cleaning! Bye!
